   need advice on how to lose belly fat .

i weigh 71kg ..i have two kids ..i wanna down to 55kg ..i have trouble losing the belly fat esp when its from my pregnancies..can anyone give me advice on how to lose belly fat .

firstly abs are made in the kitchen.. so u have to reduce all those junk foods that got u thereeven the excess carbs white flours, gluten, sugarsmake freinds with veables, rye bread, oatmeal, chicken, tuna, fruits, brown ricethose should be your food staplesan exercise 4-5 days a week.. run for 30-40 minstrain abs for 5-10 minsan if u could weight trian for 45 mins 3 days week would be greatan drink green tea.

i have a feeling you already know the answer to your question. unfortunately there is no easy button especially with post pregnancy belly fat. youll simply have to work it off.go back to basics, watch what you eat i.e try to eat foods with a high nutritional value (you can eat junk food, but you have to limit this to at least one day a week, make it an overfeeding day), you also have to engage in regular exercise. this doesnt mean you have to go to the gym, you can try out activities you enjoy, take the kids out on regular walks or spend more time on a hobby in which you have to move about.also, sleep is very important. i know this is difficult with kids (and it also ties with keeping your stress levels down), but you have to try to good quality sleep and not to stressed. poor sleep and high stress levels will prevent you from achieving your 55kg goal!all in all its definitely achievable, you just have to be consistent in your efforts!.

i have two kids as well.  in order to lose fat, if youre able to, try resistance training. you can add in some lite cardio as well, but -body resistance training will burn calories even after youve completed your training sessions.  (do 2-3 sessions per week on non-consecutive days. i.e m-w-f)also your diet is just as important. stay away from pop, sugared juices and junk (this includes industry leadingfood) drink lots of water.eat healthy i.e. lean meats, whole grains, fresh veggies & fruits, etc50 is diet & the other 50 is exercise..

consider a low carb, high fat diet. you will loose weight quickly, and be healthier.
