It seems that the first server stopped serving customers and the second server wasn't aware that we hadn't been served in a while. She discussed the situation with the two servers. I was offered a refund, but my husband and I didn't feel that was necessary. It's rare to find an owner who really cares about customer service/internet reviews. I really appreciated and admired her efforts to correct this situation. I believe and hope this was a one time occurrence.
