Kratos' journey is at an end. The climactic final chapter on the God of War collection had finally reached it has the climax, bolstered by the power on the PlayStation 3 and offered a fittingly epic endcap. Riding a Titan already as big like a small mountain up Mt. Olympus? Yep, that's just the commence. Try fighting on that Titan while it's switching. Yep, Kratos does that. He also hops around the backs of baddies, solves massive puzzles while in the heart of the gods' domain and eventually ends up finding, perhaps, just a shred connected with his humanity. But how does his / her quest for vengeance, bedlaying and carnage actually last on the PS3? Could Sony's most ready inhouse development team possess finally faltered after three directors in a great number of games? Hardly the biggest release on the year, especially when Mass Consequence 2, Bioshock 2, and Splinter Cell Conviction arrived on the scene this year. As a longtime fan I knew things know about expect, and while it achieved my expectations it certainly didn't surpass them.

Good game, but other than any PS3 coat of paint it is the same old God with War experience, for better or more painful. No real evolution with regard to control or gameplay in this article, just prettier graphics plus the same good story we've been privy to so far. I wouldn't say We were disappointed, but I wasn't overwhelmed either. That style of gameplay just doesn't cut the item anymore. Linear levels and option mashing are pretty passe and when it wasn't for Our god of War's production valuations and story, there wouldn't be much to differentiate it from every other hack and slash option masher. Red Dead Redemption may be the big winner for me up to now this year, at least in terms of multiplatform fare. Alan Wake is also fantastic, and has been lurking inside background of public consciousness almost given that Kratos has been in existence. People who only private PS3s are always planning to narrow their perspective to the big system exclusive, but as an aim multiplatform owner, I can't look at this series from the same rose coloured spectacles as some folks.

There are plenty of games to watch this year. Crackdown 2, Dead Rising 2, Fallout New Vegas, Halo Reach, Alpha Protocol, etc. Kratos is going to have plenty of competition once those game in the year awards roll close to. God of War is a good series, but it's time for an evolution in terms of Gameplay. If Kratos visits boards again (there's another PSP game in the works) I hope which they expand the game world right into a place players can take a look at at their leisure. Ancient Greece, as it's depicted from the God of War line is begging for a open world action venture game. Throw in some RPG components to change up the formula a little. and welcome everyone to come buy. If necessary, pleaseNew era cap $10Handbags(Guru, ed hardy, lv, d $35Bikini (Impotence hardy, polo) $18.
