Warning Long post / ranting ahead!

I am having a frustrating week. Eating &#12450;&#12464; &#12502;&#12540;&#12484; 2014 has been wonderful considering the fact that Sunday (Fri and Sat weren't as well bad, but I did not track cals). Functioning out has been fairly good the final two weeks. But, the scale is going within the wrong direction and I am bloated to the point exactly where I look slightly pregnant even very first point within the morning prior to I eat!
