Warning Lengthy post / ranting ahead!

I am having a frustrating week. Consuming &#12495;&#12527;&#12452; &#12450;&#12464; &#12511;&#12493;&#12488;&#12531;&#12459; has been great due to the fact Sunday (Fri and Sat weren't also poor, but I did not track cals). Functioning out has been quite excellent the final two weeks. But, the scale is going in the wrong direction and I am bloated towards the point where I look slightly pregnant even initial point inside the morning before I eat! No notion what's up with that ate distinctive stuff final week but have been back to normal meals given that Friday, so I do not know why I'd nonetheless be bloated.
