Warning Lengthy post / ranting ahead!

I am having a frustrating week. Consuming UGG &#12502;&#12540;&#12484; &#12450;&#12454;&#12488;&#12524;&#12483;&#12488; has been fantastic since Sunday (Fri and Sat weren't too terrible, but I did not track cals). Functioning out has been pretty good the last 2 weeks. But, the scale is going within the wrong direction and I'm bloated for the point exactly where I appear slightly pregnant even initial factor inside the morning ahead of I eat! No concept what is up with that ate various stuff final week but have already been back to standard food considering that Friday, so I do not know why I'd nevertheless be bloated. Checked my food log and fiber is ok, salt is actually a small high but that's not uncommon for me, and calories and ratios are right on track. Uggggghhhh

And I realized that the upright row machine I used for NROLFW workout two is preweighted with likely 20 lbs, so my 50 and 55 were in reality 70 and 75, so a quite superior jump from workout 1, YAY!
