Clifford, 43, didn窶冲 call 911 after Frazer vanished from the Bishop Char Michael Kors Canada les Waldo Maclean Episcopal Nursing Home on May 26, said Attorney General Eric Schneiderman. He wasn窶冲 reported missing until May 30. Clifford, of Mount Vernon, later told investigators Frazer left 窶彗gainst medical advice,窶 Schneiderman said. She was charged with endangering the welfare of an incompetent or physically disabled person and falsifying records.
