| Greetings Everyone! <img>http://demya.com/images/smile.gif</img> I've been wandering about here for a couple of weeks and eventually chose to dip my toes in the water. I commend the way you guys are pleased to assist with your expertise, so I wondered if I could get some online travel website wisdom. Foreword, I'm leery of making reservations for something on the web anyway, but here's my situation. My children, husband and I are planning a vacation to Vegas the second week of July. Great family vacation, right? <img>http://demya.com/images/smile.gif</img> I know that it'll be searing hot, but I understand that's the time of year the most economical travel deals are available. Anyway, another member brought up Cheap Flights USA, so I've been utilizing their website to search for flights and vacation packages. But something has me baffled. The thing is, they bring back flight results from Priceline, Travelocity, Airfare.com, etcetera anyway. So, what's the deal? Are Orbitz and Hotwire joining forces? I may be thinking too much but,seems to me that they are opponents in the same market for cheap flights. So, what do they gain by having a site show all of their flight results at once? Am I over-reacting?? Steph |
