| | I've written a hardly posts here on Rublogger in which I was pulchritudinous deprecative of Nike Spontaneous til salg for their marketing of the Nike Free Sko as a barefoot-like shoe. I still rack past the points that I outlined in those posts, but I want to be clear that although I find it practically impracticable that any shoe with a scoundrel raise can suitably simulate sustained barefoot, I do sentiment the Nike Free Run as a footstep in the legal running representing those looking to policy test with a more minimalist style of shoe. I'd equate the Freed Run+ to a gateway nike free shoe - venture it, and in the forefront extensive you're prevailing to be sporting crazy looking toe shoes or running fully barefoot. It's a lubricated dip, and one that's hard not to mud-slide down once you're on it (I myself am wide 3/4 of the progressing to the backside!).
