| | The outset Dog Collar Alligator Fete was held in in 1979 at the Willowdale Surroundings Dog Collar Associate in Luling, Louisiana. The only thing sold at the sooner festivities was alligator dishes made around neighbourhood pub residents. Each year the festivities became bigger and a wider classification of bread and activities were offered.
