| Dual ChinsThe C5 helps transfer the neck forward plus backward. Forward movements are generally known as flexion while backward movements these are known as extensions. Doing an exercise referred to as chicken tucks will counteract any tendency in your neck to stick frontward. Sit upright in a company chair. While looking straight in advance, slowly move your chin downward while you draw your head backside. As you do this, a double chin will form. Hold this position with regard to 10 seconds. Slowly return your top the original position. Repeat this movement 10 times.
